High Need Pool service is provided by the Home Care Service of NSW. The service is funded through the Home and Community Care Program, and administered through the Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care (DADHC).
High Need Pool service is for Home and Community Care clients of the Home Care Service who require between 15 and 35 hours of service per week. The Home Care Service branches (there are 42 across NSW) provide the High Need Pool services.
