Like other NSW government departments, DADHC is moving away from historical funding models towards funding that is allocated on the basis of need, with results monitored to ensure that program goals are met. DADHC's outcomes based funding model reflects this shift in focus.
The Tender Training and Assistance Program has been developed to support not-for-profit service providers to better participate in DADHC tendering processes.
The second round of training workshops will be conducted in May and June 2008 in metropolitan and regional locations across NSW. Training sessions will, as much as possible, align with DADHC tender timetables in 2008-09.
The training is being conducted by BCA National Training Group.
