The Service Provider Portal is a secure web based application which provides access to a range of information for Service Providers and opens new channels of communication between Providers and the Department.
The objectives of the Service Provider Portal are to improve the information flow between Service Providers and the Department, establish e-business processes and streamline reporting and accountability processes.
The first stage of the Portal will provide our Service Providers with a secure platform to:
- maintain contact details for the funding agreement
- view summary MDS reports
- view payment advice for funding
- receive 'broadcast' messages from the Department
- view a range of common documents and reports.
